根據(jù)國家“一帶一路”援外建設(shè)培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃，由國家商務(wù)部主辦，湖南省商務(wù)廳組織非洲、東亞、東南亞等20多個(gè)國家代表來湖南貴庭住宅工業(yè)集團(tuán)考察學(xué)習(xí)。國際考察團(tuán)成員來自各國建設(shè)部門高級行政專員、建筑高級工程師、建筑學(xué)院教授等。

 

     2019年6月11日，考察團(tuán)實(shí)地考察了湖南貴庭住宅工業(yè)集團(tuán)總部的環(huán)保式商砼站、裝配式PC構(gòu)件生產(chǎn)車間、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)車間、裝配式高層建筑與別墅、環(huán)保式瀝青混凝土攪拌站?？疾炱陂g，各國代表對湖南貴庭住宅工業(yè)集團(tuán)的裝配式高層建筑、裝配式別墅、裝配式PC構(gòu)件產(chǎn)品、裝配式施工技術(shù)流程、鋼結(jié)構(gòu)生產(chǎn)制造技術(shù)與設(shè)備、瀝青攪拌站等，產(chǎn)生濃厚的興趣?？疾靾F(tuán)成員現(xiàn)場仔細(xì)研究學(xué)習(xí)，在交流會(huì)議中提出希望湖南貴庭住宅工業(yè)集團(tuán)派出技術(shù)人員給予建設(shè)支持、希望能夠來到集團(tuán)參加技術(shù)學(xué)習(xí)、希望集團(tuán)到他國投資參與民生建設(shè)。

Sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce, the Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce organized representatives from more than 20 countries such as Africa, East Asia and Southeast Asia to study and learn from Hunan residential group. The members of the international delegation come from senior administrative commissioners of construction departments, senior engineers of construction, professors of Architectural Colleges and so on.

On June 11, 2019, the delegation visited the commercial concrete station, assembly PC component workshop, steel structure workshop, assembly high-rise building and villa, asphalt concrete mixing station at the headquarters of Hunan Guiting Housing Industry Group. During the investigation, representatives of various countries showed great interest in assembly high-rise buildings, assembly villas, assembly PC component products, assembly construction technology process, steel structure manufacturing technology and equipment, asphalt mixing station of Hunan Guiting Housing Industry Group. 老撾和越南代表了解湖南貴庭住宅工業(yè)集團(tuán)在老撾建立了分公司后，希望集團(tuán)從材料加工制造供應(yīng)到全面工程技術(shù)施工擴(kuò)大發(fā)展，擴(kuò)大教學(xué)投資建設(shè)。
